Michael Sawyer Smith
Michael leads our group. With over 30+ years of experience in the real estate industry, Michael has the knowledge and expertise to help you navigate the complex world of real estate, infrastructure and public-private partnerships.

As a former leader of an International law firm and then co-founder of an institutional cold storage investment fund, Michael adheres to a strong sense of fiduciary responsibility to others. He is best positioned to serve as trusted advisor or co-investor to work on behalf of the mutual success of a Project. As a senior professional, he is also equipped to find the best outcome for all parties to a project, while remaining supplier agnostic.
Michael has spent his business career in the Chicagoland area, while working internationally with global clients.
Michael brings a breadth of commercial experience including as Chairman of the Board of a military service organization and part-owner and board member of an Indiana-based family manufacturing business.
